Jack Jemison (b. 2003, Myrtle Beach, SC) uses photography to explore the  semiotic system of the American South’s material culture and built environment through an expressive, yet analytical lens. He holds BAs in Studio Art and Urban Studies from the College of Charleston and works for the Planning and Zoning department in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
